Introducing Jade Glow, our seasonal autumn wh**ky cocktail

Down in Yau Ma Tei, the Jade Market is packed with little treasures — jade bangles, carved pieces and polished stones catching the light between rows of stalls. It is one of those corners of Kowloon where the old and the everyday still come together.

Jade Glow takes its cue from the warm golden tones of yellow jade, brought to life among the lights and energy of the market. Highland Park 12 YO meets spiced rum, Cocchi Americano and Cointreau, finished with a touch of salt solution. Spirit-forward, warming and bright, with a golden hue that catches the light.
A little Kowloon treasure, made for the evening.

Jade Glow｜Avoca 秋季限定威士忌雞尾酒

油麻地玉器市場，一排排攤檔擺滿各式各樣的玉器，玉鐲、玉雕和打磨得光亮的玉石，在燈光下閃閃生輝。這裡一直保留著九龍街頭熟悉的生活氣息，每天都有不同的人來來往往，在攤檔之間尋找心頭好。

Jade Glow 從黃玉溫暖的金黃色調取材，將玉器市場的燈光與熱鬧化成一杯秋日雞尾酒。

以Highland Park 12年單一麥芽威士忌、香料冧酒、Cocchi Americano 及 Cointreau 調製，再加入少許鹽水平衡味道。威士忌味道突出，帶著溫暖辛香與明亮的柑橘氣息，金黃色的酒液在燈光下更顯閃耀。

2026年10月2日至11月15日供應。

MADE IN KOWLOON | VOL. 3: Community Collab

For Avoca’s next “Made in Kowloon” series, we are celebrating amazing Tsim Sha Tsui Bars and the evolving Bar Community of this part of the city.

This time, Avoca joins forces with Kidult and KLSC.
Kosa KosaLaw™ 羅詠怡 | Sa姨🍸 from Kidult Bar KIDULT BAR, Jackson from KLSC 九龍城寨｜KLSC and Rolf @ rolfflaminiano from Avoca, supported by Tankyu Distillery 丹丘蒸留所 Tankyu Distillery as our Spirits partner, will create three cocktails inspired by a different era of Hong Kong — the 80s, 90s and 00s — referencing flavours, memories and stories of the city through the decades.

KLSC looks back to the 80s, capturing the nostalgic spirit of old Hong Kong.

Kidult takes us into the 90s, with Kosa’s playful take on the memories and culture of growing up in the city.

Avoca looks to the 00s, drawing from a time when Hong Kong’s bar culture took us into the new Millenium and a new generation discovered and shaped Nightlife.

Nine cocktails inspired by three decades of Hong Kong memories.

Join us for a little trip through the Kowloon we know and love.

Avoca最新一章「九龍製造（Made in Kowloon）」將慶祝尖沙咀獨特而充滿活力的酒吧文化，以及向這片土地上不斷成長的酒吧社區致敬。

這次Avoca 將聯乘兩大本地人氣酒吧 Kidult Bar KIDULT BAR 及九龍城寨 九龍城寨｜KLSC。特別感謝「丹丘蒸留所」丹丘蒸留所 Tankyu Distillery傾力支持，擔任今次聯乘的烈酒合作夥伴。

Kidult Bar 的 Kosa KosaLaw™ 羅詠怡 | Sa姨🍸、KLSC 的 Jackson，以及 Avoca 的 Rolf RoIf Flaminiano，將分別以 80 年代、90 年代及千禧年代為靈感，各自將屬於香港的經典味道、城市回憶與歲月故事化作三杯專屬調酒。

九龍城寨回溯80年代，重塑老香港的經典懷舊情懷。

Kidult Bar帶大家走進90年代，由 Kosa 以玩味手法詮釋當年昔日香港成長歲月中的童年回憶與流行文化。

Avoca 則代表千禧年代，重溫香港酒吧文化踏入新世紀、年輕一代重新定義夜生活的黃金時光。

九款雞尾酒，承載三個時代的香港集體回憶。

Introducing Red Lantern, our seasonal autumn wh**ky cocktail

In Sham Shui Po, F*k Wing Street has long been known as “Lantern Street”, where colourful lanterns fill shopfronts and spill into the streets during the Mid-autumn festival. Traditional paper lanterns sit alongside playful, modern designs, creating one of those instantly recognisable corners of Kowloon.

Red Lantern captures that warmth with Highland Park 12 YO, root b**r, Luxardo Maraschino, Ratafia Rossi and aromatic bitters — rich, spiced and layered with a touch of sweetness.

A little Lantern Street magic, poured at Avoca.

深水埗福榮街，街坊一直稱它為「燈籠街」。每逢中秋，店舖門前掛滿色彩繽紛的燈籠，傳統紙燈籠與充滿玩味的現代設計並排，成為九龍街頭一幕熟悉的風景。

今個秋天，Avoca 把這份燈籠街的暖意放進酒杯。

以 Highland Park 12年單一麥芽威士忌、根汁啤酒、Luxardo Maraschino、Ratafia Rossi 及芳香苦精調製，Red Lantern 帶有豐厚的威士忌香氣，配上辛香、微甜的味道，層層交疊。

For September, DJ Shon takes us through a laid-back mix of R&B, Hip Hop, Afrobeat, Acid Jazz and modern global beats, inspired by the sounds and grooves he’s been playing across Hong Kong’s music scene.

A member of Hong Kong hip-hop collective Fader Crew, DJ Shon is known for his turntablism and love of digging for sounds, from boom bap to left-field beats and everything in between. Expect a little bit of all of it in this month’s playlist.

Made for sunny autumn afternoons, slow evenings and another round at the bar.

Made in Kowloon, a celebration of the Kowloon magic and a way to honour the place we love — a neighbourhood full of stories, flavours, characters and ideas.

For Vol. 2, we teamed up with two amazing Kowloon institutions. One full of history and tradition - Golden Phoenix, established in 1969 and the first to bring Western-style steaks with a Hong Kong twist to the city, and a new trailblazer - Kowloon Spirits, Hong Kong’s first wh**ky distillery.

Joining forces, this was a unique event telling stories and combining familiar flavours, memories and old-school favourites into four new cocktail creations and special-edition iron-plate steaks from Golden Phoenix.

The new Cocktails - Midnight Cow, Ruby Cow, Under the Bridge and One Eyed Man all took inspiration from Hong Kong Classic, old cha chaan teng’s, chestnut hawkers beneath Kowloon’s bridges, and cheeky nods to the Shanghai Street herbal tea legend 單眼佬涼茶.

Often overlooked, so much has and is happening in Kowloon. So many inspiring people, brands, old favourites and new ideas deserve a little more love and are wonderful reason to celebrate what makes this city so special.

Thanks to everyone who dropped by, had a drink, tucked into the sizzling iron-plate steak, danced along to the music, and most importantly, took a little time to celebrate “Made in Kowloon” with us.

A big thank you to Golden Phoenix 金鳳大餐廳 and Kowloon Spirits Kowloon Spirits 九龍 for making this one happen with us.

作為 AVOCA「九龍製造（Made in Kowloon）」系列的一部分，頌揚塑造九龍面貌的人物、故事與匠人精神。

第二回，我們找來兩個來自不同時代、卻同樣與九龍有著深厚連結的本地品牌——金鳳大餐廳與 Kowloon Spirits 九龍釀酒。
自1969年開業的金鳳大餐廳，是幾代香港人的集體回憶；Kowloon Spirits 九龍釀酒則從九龍出發，以香港製造的威士忌及烈酒，為本地釀酒帶來新的想像。

今次合作把彼此熟悉的味道與故事放在一起，從日常與街頭文化取材，創作出四款全新雞尾酒，以及兩款一晚限定的金鳳大餐廳港式鐵板牛扒。

Midnight Cow黑夜牛、Ruby Cow紅寶牛、Under the Bridge 橋底炭栗及 One Eyed Man單眼佬，分別從香港經典風味、昔日茶餐廳、九龍橋底的栗子小販，以及上海街「單眼佬涼茶」取材，把熟悉的味道與片段換個方式，重新呈現在酒杯之中。

九龍一直有很多故事，或許不是每一個都會被看見。不同的人、品牌、熟悉的老店，以及新的想法，默默為我們熟悉的地方添上不同的色彩。正因如此，我們更想花一點時間，邀請大家與我們一起細看，認識那些讓香港變得如此特別的人和事。

多謝每一位來到現場的你，和我們一起喝酒、品嚐鐵板牛扒、隨音樂起舞，也重新感受那些屬於九龍的味道與故事。

As part of Avoca’s “Made in Kowloon” series, celebrating the people, stories and craftsmanship that shape Kowloon, Vol. 2 unites two icons from different chapters of Kowloon’s story: Golden Phoenix Restaurant and Kowloon Spirits with Avoca’ locally inspired cocktails.

Established in 1969, Golden Phoenix Restaurant was one of the first steakhouses to bring Western-style steaks to Kowloon, serving generations of Hong Kong diners with its signature sizzling steaks, nostalgic charm and unmistakable local character.

Representing a new chapter of local craftsmanship, Kowloon Spirits is a homegrown distillery pushing the boundaries of Hong Kong-made wh**ky and spirits through innovative distillation and maturation techniques.

This unique collaboration of Avoca, Golden Phoenix and Kowloon Spirits combines three institutions who have shaped Kowloon with tradition, innovation and creativity, presenting an extraordinary event combining food, drink and lots of fun.

Four brand new Avoca cocktail creations made with locally made Kowloon Spirits wh**ky and inspired by Golden Phoenix classics, served with a special-edition of Golden Phoenix iron-plate steak.
