An evening dedicated to one of Spain’s most iconic culinary traditions: Paella.

At Pica Pica, Chef Kei Chan welcomed Chef Pere M. Germès of Epicurean Group and guest chef Martí Carlos of Olivia Group, Singapore, for a special evening centred around the craft, character and convivial spirit of paella.

From the preparation to the final serving, the evening brought together three chefs and their shared appreciation for Spanish cuisine, with paella taking centre stage at the table.

Part of Eat Spain Drink Spain 2026, the evening was a celebration of Spanish gastronomy, culinary exchange and the pleasure of sharing a meal together.
