We are truly grateful for the continued support that Poland, France and Germany have shown to Ukraine. 🇵🇱🇫🇷🇩🇪🇺🇦
As a Ukrainian restaurant in Hong Kong, it means a lot to us to see people from different countries and communities coming together to show their support for Ukraine.
We feel very honoured that our restaurant can be a small place in Hong Kong where people can gather, share Ukrainian food and culture, and stand together with Ukraine.🥹

Ukrainian Culture Day 2026 on August 22nd brought together a wonderful community for art, tradition, and togetherness right before our 35th Independence Day.

Comprising two exhibitions on Embroidery, Ukrainian handcrafts bazaar, workshops and live music performance, the event was aimed to support people affected by the war in Ukraine.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all our guests, consulates, and organizations who joined us with such a support. A special thank you to supporting organisations: Goethe-Institut Hong Kong, the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macao, and Hong Kong’s Ukrainian restaurant “Ivan The Kozak,” as well as Inna Wegener for curating the artworks open call in Ukraine.

Ukrainians have never taken independence for granted. It takes daily dedication, unity, courage, resilience and many more values, that are being cherished and defended in Ukraine today.
We know what we are fighting for and continue to defend our freedom every single day.

薯餅係每個烏克蘭家庭嘅婆婆嫲嫲都會整嘅傳統菜式，與别不同之處在於佢係由切條薯絲、雞蛋、麵粉慢火煎成，比起一般由薯蓉、薯粒制成嘅薯餅，口感層次更加豐富😉金黃色嘅薯餅食落外脆內軟，係其中一款非常能夠代表烏克蘭嘅特色前菜💁‍♀️

蔔一層一層鋪成
烏克蘭文直譯過黎係「毛皮沙律（Fur Coat Salad）」因為好似著咗層紅色嘅皮草咁，係過年嘅時候會食嘅菜

但如果唔特別提佢係素肉，大家就會話幾好食🤣
