Huîtres Hervé oysters are harvested from the Marennes-Oléron basin a.k.a. “the birthplace of the oyster” - France’s leading oyster farming and refining region. ✨

Here, oceanic conditions and nutrient-rich waters provide the ideal environment for producing oysters in traditional refining ponds 🦪 in fact, oyster farming here started as early as the 19th century, so they’ve had plenty of time to get it right! 😋
