Think of it as a remix of the iconic Hui Lau Shan mango pomelo sago dessert, flipped into a super silky, milk-washed Cantonese Piña Colada. It’s perfectly tropical, velvety, and hits you with a warm, sophisticated spice finish.

It’s all part of our special menu, where you can also dive into the “Moon Post” 💌, a simple ritual of passing handwritten notes from one stranger to another.

We will have Jack from Apothecary & Rainy from Kinsman shaking and stirring their cocktails from 8pm.

We will have Ruby from the Upper House & Barsa from Friday After Class showcasing their cocktails from 9.30pm.

Incorporating Baiju, Aperol, Pineapple, Lemon and topped off with Grapefruit Soda for a slight effervescence. We hope the colours and flavours of this cocktail bring you great happiness, wealth & health in the year to come.
