寫左咁多日 Mato By The Glass 有咩好試，係時候講吓呢支我地唔敢攞嚟 By The Glass 嘅酒。。。Noel Verset Cornas 1997
點解唔敢呢？因為呢支酒開一支少一支，係隆河酒區殿堂級人物 Noel Verset 嘅親筆傑作。佢 2006 年退休，2015 年離世，傳奇終結，留下嘅只有無可替代嘅經典。
Noel Verset 被尊稱為「Cornas 嘅教父」，喺 Syrah 尚未風靡全球嘅年代，佢幾十年來坚持以最傳統、最純粹嘅方式做酒——全梗發酵、古老老木桶陳釀、不澄清不過濾。1997 年份經歷咗 30 年嘅歲月沉澱，如今正值綻放期。香氣帶有經典嘅野味、黑松露、皮革、煙燻培根與成熟黑醋栗嘅複雜層次，入口酸度依然精緻，單寧如絲綢般圓潤，餘韻長達數分鐘，完美演繹出北隆河最原始、最撼動人心嘅風土靈魂。
