Jolly graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School in 2016, followed by her advanced studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in France in 2017, where she received distinguish trainings in the food and beverage industry. Highlights were her time working at Ritz Carlton in both Shanghai and Tokyo during her studies. It was where Jolly started to intensively delve into shaping her own cooking ideology and combining the style of classic French training she has received and Asian flavours.

Thanks to those experiences, Jolly extended her skills to all outlets of the hotel, leading her to mark the beginning of her career path at Gaddi’s, a haute French restaurant in Peninsula Hong Kong.
