As of today Graceland is open every single day of the week from 12pm til midnight (still 1am on Fridays o’course).

This isn’t us straining to stretch our hours, this is us pushing ourselves to do more with what we have. More time to plan, organize fun things, test new ideas and make Graceland an even more communal space for everyone to enjoy. Even from today you’ll find a brighter environment with a reinvigorated Graceland, all of us ready to do some more cool s**t.

Weekday lunch menu will be reduced from the full spread but will include seafood boils meals for 1, some great deals and the same extremely high quality, basically fine dining Michelin star white tablecloth and downright snooty experience that we are known for.

That’s a joke. But this is a sign of good things to come, none of which includes being snooty.

Today is the first day of July. 4th of July is a state of mind. Come by before July 5th ends for the most aggressively American menu that has ever been sold in Hong Kong, and drop by any day of the month afterwards for a still pretty gosh darn American menu, if we don't say so ourselves. Fried pickle lovers we are BACK for the whole month of July with our 4th of July is a state of mind menu. Drop in any day for the biggest, juiciest spears of fried dill pickle that are incomparable to the experience of anything else you've ever experienced in your entire life. We're busting out the smoker for FIVE DAYS ONLY. Every day July 1 through July 5, we'll smoke one batch of Memphis style baby back ribs, brined overnight and slow cooked to perfection, slathered in a from scratch, definitely-a-bit-overcomplicated homemade barbecue sauce. For all y'all barbecue enthusiasts, get in here and get here early, once the daily smoked ribs are out, they are out.

4TH OF JULY IS A STATE OF MIND

July 1st to July 5th we have an EXTREMELY delicious and DEFINITELY silly state fair barbecue themed menu that we can only bear to run for 5 days otherwise we would IMPLODE trying to maintain that much energy. The power of the sun in the palm of our hand or something. All the most requested favorites will be on the menu for 5 days. Fried pickles. Dill pickle corn dog. Smoked Memphis ribs. The whole lot, for 5 days only.

For the entire month of July though we will be running some excellent specials if you can't make the 5 day state fair spectacular. Garlic dill pickle seafood boil butter, jalapeno popper burgers and hotdog fries, plus cherry limeade margaritas, s'more milkshakes, and of course...the once per year 5 layer star spangled jello shots that take 50x longer to make than they do to eat.

Book now, this is the TIME of the year.
