Breast and thigh meat marinated in curry and onion powder then stewed with lemongrass, onions, carrots, potatoes and finished with coconut milk. This hearty stew is served with a fresh and flaky vietnamese baguette (banh mi) as well as our Mekong salt and lime dipping sauce.

Fingerroot is indigenous to Yunnan province in China down to Malaysia and can be found in lush tropical rain forests. It is known as "kunci" in Indonesian, "krachai" in Thai, "k'cheay" in Khmer and "Bồng nga truật" or "Cú ngái" in vietnamese.

A classic Hanoi noodle soup with rice vermicelli noodles topped with shredded chicken, julienned egg omelet, pork sausage (cha lua), sh*take mushrooms and dried shrimp (tom kho). All these fresh ingredients melded together in a super clean chicken and pork backbone broth. A must try for all of our chicken pho (pho ga) lovers!

Weekend special menu item: bo kho. A savory beef stew with our signature brisket, cubed and simmered with carrots and daikon. The rich red color comes from annato seeds and the flavor is highlighted with star anise, cloves, cinnamon and five spice.

Enjoy this classic dish with noodles (bun bo kho) or with our fresh baguette (banh mi bo kho).
