felt bored with those typical Thai chicken curries and was trying to make something different and this one works!
hand pounded with those basic spices and add some fresh turmeric… simmered chicken thighs in coconut milk for an hour for the extreme juiciness, served with curry sauce and steamed Hommali rice on side… yumm!

อยากทำแกงไก่ใส่กะทิ คิดไม่ออกว่าแกงอะไรที่ไม่น่าเบื่อ ไม่ซ้ำจำเจ เลยลองโขลกพริกแกงเองจากพวกเครื่องแกงทั่วไป แล้วเพิ่มขมิ้นลงไปโขลกแง่งหนึ่ง ส่วนไก่ต้องเอาไปตุ๋นน้ำกะทิก่อนหนึ่งชั่วโมงเพื่อให้สะโพกไก่นุ่ม ละลายในปาก เสิร์ฟแกงไก่กับข้าวสวยร้อนๆ โอ้ยแซ่บหลาย

ตั้งใจจะทำข้าวผัดปู แต่พอจะผัดถึงไปเห็นว่าเนื้อปูยุ่ยไปหมดเลยได้ข้าวผัดกุ้งแทน
