There's nothing like a comforting plate of pasta to get you through the week! 🍝

Twirl up a forkful of Mafalde. Masterfully toeing the line between simplicity and sophistication, the long, frilly-edged pasta shape evokes childhood nostalgia for Italian-born Chef Fabiano. The dish is delightfully elevated with fresh artichoke puree, fried garlic, and smoked anchovy for a briny zing. ✨

選址於中環大館對面的意大利餐廳Kontrasto ，由先後於歐洲、北美及亞洲多家米芝蓮餐廳工作過的Fabiano Palombini投資及主理，主打創意十足的現代意式佳餚。主廚Palombini曾於多間米芝蓮星店雕琢廚藝，包括羅馬三星餐廳La Pergola、比利時三星餐廳Hof Van Cleve、紐約的三星餐廳Eleven Madison Park及挪威的二星餐廳Maaemo。

近日的嚐味餐單分為6道菜與8道菜，帶領客人品嚐從高山到海洋，更選用來自世界各地的頂級食材，包括布列塔尼的野生龍脷、挪威的海螯蝦、岡山奈義町的黑毛和牛、阿馬爾菲海岸的檸檬、維蘇威火山麓的鐘擺小櫻桃番茄、里維耶拉的羅勒等，配搭精緻擺盤尤如藝術品。 特別推薦這裡的手工製意大利麵，包括螺絲粉、粗管通粉、大煙斗粉和鋸齒麵等，風味獨特，令人回味無窮。
