Meet Carmas, our diligent sous chef at Testina. With over 10 years at ZS, she brings a wealth of diverse culinary experience, having honed her skills across Japanese, Chinese, and now, Italian cuisine. While she excels in all areas of the kitchen, her passion shines brightest when crafting the perfect end to a meal. She is the artist behind our all-time favourite Panna Cotta, finding her greatest joy in seeing the satisfying smiles on our guests‘ faces. Dear Testina Community,

Thank you for your support following our closing announcement. So many of you have reached out that we have decided to stay open a little longer to fit everyone in.

Our last day of operation will now be 10 January 2026. We look forward to seeing you again to enjoy your favourite dishes before we go.
