Samantha's culinary journey has been nothing short of a whirlwind affair with different cuisines and countries- She has worked in restaurants in Capecod US, Mugaritz in Spain, Gaggan and GAA in Bangkok, L'Effervescence in Japan and now HAKU where she dreams she would finally settle and explore the culinary repertoire of what Hong Kong offers under Chef Rob's tutelage.

Her style of food revolves around small bites with bright bold flavors and touches of fermentation - a road that started in the hills of Errenteria Spain and has then coincided with her way of thinking and creating dishes for restaurants she has worked with as an R+D Chef.

Her family has played a significant role in her love for food and wine with every occasion revolving around tapas style food with complimenting wines and reverberating laughter across the dinner table.
