🍇🍬 果香爆發！Days Coffee Roaster 新品：COLOMBIA MILAN “LOGAN”

大家係咪仲好回味上次 Days Coffee Roaster 嚟香港活動、白井渉先生親手沖嘅精彩咖啡呢?☕️✨

錯過咗上次活動嘅啡友都唔緊要！我哋將 Days Coffee Days Coffee Roaster 嘅極品咖啡豆帶咗嚟 AKIBEANS，等大家喺屋企都可以隨時沖到呢份來自日本嘅獨特風味！嚟自哥倫比亞超有名嘅 Milan米蘭農場！佢哋最出名就係玩極致嘅發酵工藝，而呢批 LOGAN採用咗 Culturing（菌種培養發酵）*— 將水果精華、精油同特殊種菌結合，喺無氧環境下發酵 72 小時，再經三段式慢速脫水，將極致嘅果香完美鎖喺細胞裡面！

Tasting Notes ☕️
入口：藍莓、黑加侖子、黑莓嘅濃郁莓果香 🫐
中段：葡萄味軟糖 Grape Gummy、吹波糖 Bubble Gum 嘅 juicy 甜感 🍇🍬
尾韻：紅桑子、巴西莓
