越南蔡 越南蔡 Vietnam Choi

於2012年3月4日下午5時正式開業，由蔡氏一家四口經營，前身為景隆街某越南菜名店，卻因租約期滿結業，於是原班人馬於謝斐道新址開設全新餐廳。

全新地鋪面積達四千呎，供應菜式超過一百款，菜式價錢沒變，用料不馬虎，魚露、香料、大頭蝦、扎肉、咖啡等食材，都由越南進口。而且製作認真，如牛肉湯底，就用上大量牛骨、牛腩、南薑、洋葱、白蘿蔔及香料熬20小時以上而成。另外，店內用來入饌的牛油也有數種，每晚由老闆調味製作，其他汁醬也是蔡家的秘方。
