When my Aunt Mary was battling breast cancer, the first dish that brought her comfort was a roast chicken I made. That moment inspired me to dedicate my career to creating food that brings joy and connection. In her honor, we present Roasted French Chicken Supreme with barley, Japanese sweet potato, crispy Brussels sprouts, and smoky chicken velouté — for Aunt Mary, and for all fighters and survivors.
