I went to Le Cordon Bleu, and worked for Iron Chef Ming Tsai. I’m also an interior designer for the last 14 years, so I’ve transitioned from designing restaurant interiors, to designing dining experiences. I gave food delivery the same brief I’d take myself: a group of friends, a proper celebration, free-flowing drinks, zero stress on the night.

And honestly? It got close on a few things. The food arrived. People ate. The order took two minutes to place - and that kind of convenience is genuinely hard to argue with.
But close isn’t the same as right for the occasion.

Ok, busy parents who miss throwing a spectacular dinner party. I totally get it.

✅ I see so much energy being spent on stressing over how impossible it is to host friends when you’re juggling kids, careers, and endless to-do lists, and yes—it’s incredibly frustrating. But what if we used that same energy to actually solve the problem?

🥗 The complaints aren’t wrong—trying to prep a multi-course, high-end meal while keeping the house from falling apart is exhausting—but accepting that your social life has to take a back seat isn’t helping you get those amazing nights back on the calendar.
