We care about YOU, We care about your FAMILY, We care about our EMPLOYEES. Although we re-opened our doors for Dine-In Service on Monday, August 3rd, we take every step and precaution to ensure the safety of our guests.
Because of the rise of positive COVID-19 cases, we have made the difficult decision to seize dine-in operations and revert back to offering TO-GO ORDERS ONLY until further notice.

There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude for your continued patronage to our small family restaurant.
Despite the lifting of restrictions for dine-in service, we feel it’s still too early. While the extra work we put in to ensuring the safety of our customers, our employees, our family, and our island is cumbersome, we have made the decision to remain available for TO-GO ORDERS ONLY.
We miss the laughter that radiates throughout the restaurant. We miss our regular dine-in patrons. We miss welcoming you and serving you.
When the safety of our island and its people are deemed absolute, we will be ready, but until then, we will remain patient.

Meet Zion! He’s the youngest grandchild in our family, and an excellent photographer! As a FAMILY owned business, often times, we’ve had to rely on the assistance of our family members for their support. Zion has agreed to be Flamingo’s official social media photographer. We’d like to feature all who patronize our business on our social media accounts, so if you’re willing to have your picture taken as you pick-up your order, Zion will be with us today (in protective gear & maintaining social distancing), to capture the moment!
And yes, he’s getting paid... with lumpia & chicken tatsuta!

Our short ribs aren’t your typical pre-cut slabs. We purchase the entire USDA prime short rib loin. It’s then cut to that perfect thickness, leaving the right amount of fat, because who doesn’t like a little bit of fat on their meat?!, marinated with our family secret ingredients, only using natural juices to tenderize the meat and then grilled to perfection!
