People keep saying, that there’s nothing to do in Santa Cruz. Here’s a few of our favourite spots in case you’ve done all the other things that are there to do already and want to get some nice vacay pictures! 🔥

Best itinerary for an eventful day - get up early and head up to the new viewpoint, so you don’t have to get up there during the midday heat. Enjoy the fresh air and view and head down to CeCap. That’s where you grab a coffee and some breakfast. After that you’ve got your strength back and can walk along the coast for a tanning session and a little dip on one of the docks. Start walking to Jaibalito some time after midday and stop along the way wherever you want. Take the lancha back to Santa Cruz to not miss sunset on the main dock and then be on time for family dinner! ❤️‍🔥

If you’re wondering what the perfect day in La Iguana Perdida looks like, here is an idea that gets pretty close! ✨

Start your day off with our sunrise hike and an absolutely breathtaking view over the lake, the volcanoes and all the different pueblos. 🌄

After that you should treat yourself with some breakfast and a hot coffee directly from the region. ☕️

Followed by a nice session in our traditional temezcal sauna to get ready for our Saturday costume parties. 🎉🍾

That’s just one idea, how to structure your day with us. Be creative and ask us about things you can do here in Santa Cruz! ❤️‍🔥

We transformed the TV-Room to our own little stadium to make sure there’s enough space for all of you guys during every match.

Local families come to sell handmade clothes, jewellery and food here in La Iguana. So if you want to stay up to date with the latest Mayan fashion and support the locals of Santa Cruz come around this Sunday!
