For six generations my family has cultivated amazing coffee in the highlands of Brazil. Come by and give us a try and I hope you enjoy! - Augusto

We're a Portland-based coffee roaster delivering direct-trade, sustainably-roasted specialty coffee from our family farms in Brazil and beyond. We established Nossa Familia Coffee, our Cafés and Espresso Bar in Portland to share our joy for coffee with you.

Coffee is better when you know the people behind it.

Meet Estela, a Guatemalan coffee boss leading La Familia del Café into the future.

We’ve been fortunate to spend time with the Gonzalez family on our many visits to Guatemala. Our roasters have roasted coffee together. We’ve shared meals, stories and time at their cafe.

These are the kinds of experiences you don’t easily forget. They’re also why farm-direct relationships are at the core of our coffee sourcing.
