ESTUFAROJA is the culmination of a longtime dream to open a restaurant in Antigua, Guatemala and pursue my love of fine food and genuine hospitality. EstufaRoja is the culmination of a lifelong dream to open a restaurant in Antigua Guatemala and continue in the tradition of hospitality and fine food imbued in the chefs executives by family.

Greetings!
June 29th will be the last day that EstufaRoja is open at its current location.
We want to take this opportunity to deeply thank our customers, friends and family, colleagues, vendors, and of course, our wonderful team. All of you have helped make EstufaRoja a unique experience in Guatemala’s food scene!
We have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of your life and look forward to reuniting in 2020 in our new incarnation.

We're thrilled and honored that our very own Executive Sous Chef, Gerson "Chiri" Galindo, will be participating in a 4 month internship at the world-renowned Noma, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Chiri will be focusing on both Vegetable and Forest Menus.
We know he'll make us proud!
