Ten years ago, Prosilio began with two people, one shared vision, and a table in the heart of Zakynthos.

Giorgos and Kristy built it slowly, through seasons, mistakes, discoveries, long nights, friendships, and an unwavering belief in what this island can tell through food and hospitality.

Today, the story continues in a place that brings Prosilio even closer to everything it has always believed in: the land, the seasons, the olive trees, and the people gathered around the table.

A new chapter, perhaps.
But the roots are the same.

And so are the two people still dreaming it forward.
