Set aside the freshly designed Castelli Hotel’s inviting pool area & the olive groves, Eucalyptos serves Zakynthian Creative Cuisine from farm to table, using our own farms’ organic vegetables & herbs, Castelli Hotel’s produce of organic olive oil, local wines and the best ingredients of the market! The oldest Eucalyptus tree of Zakynthos island stands proudly in our grounds and proudly gave its name to Castelli Hotel’s A La Carte restaurant. Here is why:
It is where it all begun: the Lougaris family used to have family celebrations around this Eucalyptus tree back in the years, while Spiros and Anastasia (the couple that started the Castelli Hotel experience) had their early dates at the eucalyptus tree! Our talented Chef creates dishes from farm to table, using the hotel's organic vegetables, our botanical garden’s herbs, Castelli Hotel’s pure extra virgin olive oil and the best ingredients of the market, and invites you over, for a special night.
