🇬🇷/🇬🇧 1 Μαΐου — ανοίγουμε ξανά... Για το τριήμερο της Πρωτομαγιάς, 1–3 Μαΐου, από τις 13:00, ο Executive Chef μας, Νίκος Θωμάς .d.thomas, θα βρίσκεται στην κουζίνα του , δίνοντας τον τόνο για τη νέα σεζόν.

Η σεζόν ξεκινά δίπλα στη θάλασσα, στη σκιά του ιστορικού Πύργου του Δομενεγίνη, εκεί όπου τα γνώριμα τραπέζια επιστρέφουν στο φως του πρώιμου καλοκαιριού. Στο συνεχίζουμε να ακολουθούμε αυτό που μας ορίζει — μια φιλοσοφία βασισμένη στην απλότητα της πρώτης ύλης, στον σεβασμό της ιστορίας, και στην ήσυχη ομορφιά των στιγμών.

May 1st — we open again. The season begins by the sea,
at the foot of the historic Tower of Domenegini, where familiar tables return under the soft light of early summer. At Nima, we continue to follow what defines us — a philosophy rooted in the simplicity of the ingredient, in respect for history, and in the quiet beauty of moments shared.

For the May long weekend, May 1–3, our Executive Chef, Nikos Thomas, will be with us in the kitchen, setting the tone for the season ahead. From the first afternoon light to the slow evenings that follow, a new summer begins — just as it should.
