Who said pizza always has to have mozzarella?
My favorite is the Amatriciana: double layer of richly seasoned Mutti tomato sauce, crispy guanciale, freshly cracked black pepper, thinly sliced onions, and a generous dusting of Pecorino Romano DOP added after baking. 🤤🤤🤤
