One of the most popular restaurants in Athens finds its home in the tropical modernism of the award-winning Olea All Suite. Taking its name from the largest ocean on the planet that touches the coasts of Peru and Japan, the Pacific, Olea's gastronomic project in collaboration with Nikkei in Athens combines Japanese culinary techniques with Peruvian ingredients. apan with Peru, so is the Pacifico cuisine, offering a unique pairing of these two culinary traditions, full of delicious surprises. Pacifico follows the same bohemian chic style of décor that dominates the rest of the resort, always with a touch of unpretentious luxury. The concept here is relaxed and fun: all dishes are served in the middle of the table in order to be shared with everyone.
