Taking its name from the largest ocean on the planet that touches the coasts of Peru and Japan, the Pacific, Olea's gastronomic project in collaboration with Nikkei in Athens combines Japanese culinary techniques with Peruvian ingredients. Just as the Pacific Ocean connects Japan with Peru, so is the Pacifico cuisine, offering a unique pairing of these two culinary traditions, full of delicious surprises. Pacifico follows the same bohemian chic style of décor that dominates the rest of the resort, always with a touch of unpretentious luxury.
