Supported too hard, and now you’re enjoying dinner on a balcony in Kastoria Greece! The thing we are most grateful for is the friendships we made through Hellenic Kitchen! We are forever so grateful for every single person who supported us through our journey! These friends are from the very start in Hawai’i! It was our second week in biz, we were posted on social media by one of many amazing food critics in Honolulu, and we had 2 hour lines! They were in line and saw us working hard to get orders out, and they jumped in to help ! No questions asked, they jumped in, washed hands and got to work! That’s how! that’s Aloha! We got through, they eventually got their order, and now they’re family! We couldn’t have done what we did in Hawaii without the help of Garrick, Angeliki, Mindy, Stelio, and the whole island in fact ! Aloha a hui hou!!!!!!

Hey Hellenic family, we have some news to share. We are moving, and Hellenic Kitchen in Maine is ending at the end of October. We are truly grateful for all of your support, both in Hawaii, where we got our start, and here in Maine. We have enjoyed sharing bit of our culture and food with you all! The immense support we have received in both states is truly humbling . This is not the end, however, Hellenic Kitchen is evolving into something else. We have some new opportunities and ideas to explore, so we hope you stick around to see what’s coming! You can still find us at the Cumberland farmers market every Saturday until the end of the month! 🇬🇷
