One coffee became another. Warm bread arrived without anyone asking. Eggs, feta, olive oil, and a few extra dishes found their way to the table. Before anyone noticed, the morning had quietly turned into lunch.

Great burgers don't need secrets. Just Black Angus beef, toasted brioche, crispy bacon, melting cheddar, hand-cut fries, and the patience to let every ingredient do what it does best.

Everyone comes to Skiathos with a plan.

Then the island has other ideas.

One more round becomes a whole evening. The table keeps filling with plates meant "for sharing". The music starts, someone gets up to dance, and suddenly you're making memories you'll still be talking about long after summer ends.

From our yiayia’s kitchen to the middle of the table.

Hand-cut village potatoes, fried until perfectly crisp, topped with velvety feta cream or a generous layer of graviera, finished with fresh oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.

Some dishes aren't meant to stay on one plate. They're made for hands reaching across the table, one more bite, and the kind of parea that somehow finishes them before everyone has had enough.
