Η κουζίνα βαδίζει στα μονοπάτια των Ελληνικών γεύσεων, παίρνοντας τις παραδοσιακές συνταγές, μυρουδιές και γεύσεις και προσαρμόζοντάς τες στο κλίμα και το επίπεδο της ομορφότερης βεράντας της Σκιάθου.
