Today our hearts are heavy.
Today we said goodbye to Johnny.
A father, a husband, a grandfather — the heart of our family and this place.
Johnny, together with his wife Maria, transformed his grandfather's house and garden into something filled with life, warmth, and meaning.
He didn’t build a restaurant — he created a home people could feel part of.
This place carries his care, his values, his quiet strength.
Every shared meal, every summer evening, every smile here is touched by him.
As long as this place exists, a part of Johnny remains.
And we promise to honor and continue what he created with gratitude, with love and respect.
His name, his spirit, and his story live on through all of us.
