It is truly disappointing to see a business receive a 1-star review not because of the food, not because of cleanliness, and not because of poor service, but simply because there was a 20-minute wait during a busy period.

Behind every table served and every meal prepared, there is a team of hardworking people giving their best every single day to create a great experience for our guests.

We fully respect everyone’s right to share their opinion and feedback. Constructive criticism helps us improve. However, reducing an entire business and the efforts of its staff to a single star because of a short wait time feels unfair and does not reflect the overall experience we strive to provide.

We will continue to do what we have always done: work with passion, welcome our guests with genuine hospitality, and do our very best to make every visit memorable.
