'Ολοι στο νησί μιλούν γι αυτό και καθόλου τυχαία, αφου πρόκειται για το απόλυτο new entry ,στο αρχοντικό χωριό του Αρτεμώνα !! Στο παλιό λιοτρίβι της οικογένειας το ΠΕΡΙΒΟΛΙ άνοιξε στα μέσα Ιουνίου, ξεφεύγοντας απο τα συνηθισμένα.Με δικό του μποστάνι - απ'όπου προμηθεύεται πολλές απ τις πρώτες ύλες του - έμπειρο σεφ και πιάτα που δεν περιμένεις οτι θα γευτείς σε ένα απλό μεζεδοπωλείο είναι απο μόνο του έκπληξη!! Τι να πρωτοπεί κανείς για τη μεγάλη ποικιλία σε εμπνευσμένα ορεκτικά που έρχονται σαν έργο Τέχνης στο τραπέζι σου και πόσο καλά να περιγράψει τη γευστική αρμονία των κυρίως πιάτων που χαρακτηρίζονται απο συνταγές που εκτοξεύουν τον ουρανίσκο..
Κι όλα αυτά σε μια άκρως περιποιημένη και δροσερή αυλή στην καρδιά του γραφικού οικισμού.Μη φύγεις αν δεν δοκιμάσεις απο τα χειροποίητα γλυκά του , που είνα απλώς ακαταμάχητα !!! Το chateau καπουτσίνο είναι απ τα δικά μου αγαπημένα...Τιμή απο 15 euro /άτομο . Καθημερινά απο τις 19:00 - 01:00 μέχρι τέλος Νοεμβρίου.

Before anything reaches the pass, this happens.

Real charcoal, lit by hand, brought to the exact point where it stops being fire and becomes heat.
It takes time we could save and won't. Everything grilled at Perivoli passes over this, and nothing else tastes quite the same.

The light lasts a little longer over Artemonas. The tables are easier to come by. The evenings have the kind of calm that August never allows.

Some say September is when Sifnos is at its best. We are inclined to agree.

Raised here in Sifnos, the goat is slowly cooked in the oven with w**e until beautifully tender, while its exterior develops a rich, crisp texture.

Just before serving, burning rosemary adds its distinctive aroma and completes the dish with a final touch of theatre. Paired with a delicate potato mille-feuille, every element reflects patience, technique and respect for the island’s ingredients.
