e that Noble Gourmet has managed for 4 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025) to win all three of the most prestigious awards offered in Greece: The Athinorama Toque d’Or, the Greek Cuisine Award, and the FNL award with two stars. In addition, our executive chef, Giorgos Troumouhis, received an “Honourable Distinction” in the context of the Greek cuisine award. This recognition honors his invaluable contribution to the renewal and development of traditional Rhodesian gastronomy. In 2023 and 2024, Noble also received the FLAG RESTAURANT GREEK CUISINE award. The institution of the FLAG awards rewards the focal points that propose “Greek Cuisine” and are distinguished for the level and quality of the proposal they make. Noble has won 7 times the Golden Cap (golden toque) and the Greek Cuisine Award, respectively, a series of distinctions that justifiably rank it among the best restaurants in Greece.

Executive who heads the restaurant, sparked the revival of Rhodian cuisine by elevating it to the sphere of advanced fine dining, together with Head Chef .kougios.
