A recipe rooted in two lands. 🌿

Born from the ancient tradition of Greek pies, our hortopita (wild greens pie) ,brings together two places where wild greens have always been part of the table: Epirus and Crete.

A recipe shaped by the land, the seasons and what grows wild.

Old in its roots.
Modern in our kitchen.

Hortopita , a taste of Greece, carried through generations.

Μια συνταγή με ρίζες σε δύο τόπους. 🌿

Γεννημένη από την αρχαία παράδοση των ελληνικών πιτών, η δική μας χορτόπιτα ενώνει δύο τόπους όπου τα άγρια χόρτα ήταν πάντα μέρος του τραπεζιού: την Ήπειρο και την Κρήτη.

Μια συνταγή που γεννήθηκε από τη γη, τις εποχές και ό,τι προσφέρει απλόχερα η φύση.

Παλιές οι ρίζες της.
Σύγχρονη η δική μας ματιά.

Χορτόπιτα , μια γεύση Ελλάδας, που περνά από γενιά σε γενιά.

Did you know that before becoming a restaurant, Raftis was… actually a tailor’s place?

Since 1914, this space was the home and workshop of the village tailor.

Today, more than a century later, the name remains and the story continues.

Ξέρατε ότι πριν γίνει εστιατόριο, ο Ράφτης ήταν… πράγματι ράφτης;

Από το 1914, αυτός ο χώρος ήταν το σπίτι και το εργαστήριο του ράφτη του χωριού.

Σήμερα, έναν αιώνα μετά, το όνομα παραμένει και η ιστορία συνεχίζεται.

Έκθεση Ζωγραφικής | Μαρία Σπετσωτάκη

Έχουμε τη χαρά να φιλοξενήσουμε την έκθεση ζωγραφικής της Μαρίας Σπετσωτάκη με θέμα τη Νεκρή Φύση.

Η έκθεση εγκαινιάζεται την Κυριακή 9 Αυγούστου, στις 20:00, παρουσιάζοντας μια ενότητα έργων που συνδυάζουν την αισθητική της νεκρής φύσης με αναφορές στα πορτρέτα Φαγιούμ. Μέσα από τη ζωγραφική της, η καλλιτέχνιδα προσεγγίζει τη μνήμη, τον χρόνο και τη διαχρονική ομορφιά των αντικειμένων, δημιουργώντας έναν ιδιαίτερο εικαστικό διάλογο ανάμεσα στο παρελθόν και το παρόν.

Η έκθεση θα παραμείνει ανοιχτή για το κοινό έως τις 30 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026.

Σας περιμένουμε στα εγκαίνια για να γνωρίσετε από κοντά την καλλιτέχνιδα και το έργο της.

Art Exhibition | Maria Spetsotaki

We’re pleased to host an art exhibition by Maria Spetsotaki, dedicated to the theme of Still Life.

The exhibition opens on Sunday, August 9, at 8:00 PM, presenting a collection of paintings that combine the aesthetics of still life with references to the Fayum portraits. Through her work, the artist explores memory, the passage of time, and the timeless beauty of everyday objects, creating a unique visual dialogue between the past and the present.

The exhibition will remain open to the public until September 30 / 2026.

A traditional Corfiot recipe where fresh fish is gently simmered with potatoes, garlic, lemon, and white pepper. A simple yet aromatic dish, full of the authentic flavors of the Ionian Sea.

Στον κατάλογό μας παρουσιάζουμε γεύσεις από όλη την Ελλάδα, αναβιώνοντας παραδοσιακές συνταγές με σύγχρονη ματιά. Από το Ιόνιο μέχρι την Κρήτη, κάθε πιάτο αφηγείται μια ιστορία , όπως το κερκυραϊκό Bianco:
