The pilot combined:

🔹Online testing with 8 mentors and

🔹In-person testing with 50 participants from our target group.

Participants evaluated the materials’ clarity, accessibility, cultural sensitivity, practical usefulness, and real-world applicability in mentoring and learning contexts. The feedback also explored engagement, confidence-building, and overall satisfaction.

The results confirm that the Toolkit and Curriculum are relevant, inclusive, and highly valuable for supporting young Roma girls and women through mentoring and education.

A huge thank you to all mentors and participants for their time, insights, and commitment. Your feedback is helping us strengthen these resources before their final release and wider implementation.

✨ Celebrating culture, inclusion, and empowerment ✨

The cultural event “ENTERLEZI 2026 – Culture, Memory and Social Cohesion” was successfully held in Kato Achaia, bringing together a vibrant mix of communities, institutions and artists in a celebration of Roma cultural heritage and social unity.

The event created a meaningful space for dialogue, cultural exchange and connection—highlighting the richness of Roma traditions, while promoting the values of solidarity, inclusion and peaceful coexistence.

🌍 A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the Erasmus+ project “ROMA-GEM – Roma Girls’ Empowerment through Mentorship”, in which Liofyllo participates as a partner alongside organizations from Greece, Spain, Bulgaria and Türkiye.

ROMA-GEM focuses on empowering young Roma girls through mentoring, education and active community participation. The project aims to strengthen self-confidence, leadership skills and digital competences, while building local support networks that connect mentors, organizations and communities.

By integrating green and digital dimensions into education and promoting core European values such as equality, diversity and non-discrimination, ROMA-GEM actively contributes to tackling social inequalities and fostering sustainable inclusion.

🤝 The presentation of the project was fully aligned with the spirit of the event, showcasing how education and youth empowerment can play a central role in building more inclusive and cohesive societies.

👏 Congratulations to Romani Koinsep for the excellent organization and a big thank you to everyone who contributed to this inspiring initiative!
