AEOLI restaurant is located on the central coastal road, in the area of Livadia, with a panoramic view of the bay of Parikia, on the beautiful island of Paros. The business activity began in 1986 from the owner and creator, Andreas Kapsalis, a man with extensive experience in the arena of restaurants. In AEOLI one can find a wide variety of dishes, which is able to respond to the needs and prefere
nces of all the customers, even the most demanding ones, whether they are children, vegetarian, fish-eater or meat-eater. The ingredients which are used in the kitchen every day are mainly out of local market, such as vegetables, milk, cheese, wines, meat and fresh fish from the Aegean Sea. Respecting the tradition, we have remained loyal to the Greek cuisine for years , serving traditional dishes, such as beaf stamnas, lamb cleftiko, roast goat, chickpeas soup of Paros, stuffed squid and delicious fish-soup. Furthermore, responding to the needs of the times, we offer tastes of the Mediterranean and modern Greek cuisine. Our restaurant is available for social events. Its capacity reaches 300 persons, who may be served either in the inner room or in the area which is on the coastal front.
