Quishr Quishr is a speciality coffeeshop, which offers excellent quality coffee from the best Greek roaster We are George and Elfi, owners and baristas of Quishr.

Started as coffeelovers and homebaristas, we turned our passion for coffee into a specialty take-away coffeeshop, based in Nea Filadelfia of Athens. Quishr opened in October 2016 and ever-since it welcomes its visitors in a minimal, scandinavian-inspired, white-and-wood, cosy environment. Our philosophy is to offer you a range of espresso drinks and hand-brewed filter coffees. All coffees are made

to order, but we'll give you our advice about the way we believe the coffee should be served to taste better. We only serve specialty coffee, freshly roasted, with a great range of flavors and notes. All of our coffees are from Sapid Coffee Roasting Co., who are sourcing the finest quality beans from all over the world and roast them carefully to bring out all the characteristics of each variety for every different brewing method. Our basic regular coffee is a blend from Brazilian varieties. Our single origin coffees change depending the season and the capacity. In addition to our coffees, we offer you fresh handmade cakes, cookies, breadsticks, energy bars and other healthy pastries and snacks. We also serve a great variety of high quality chocolates and specialty teas.
