Mateo's Café & Snack Bar is located in the picturesque small port of the new town of Monemvasia, right next to the sea. It is open all day and you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee and in the evening you may have an ouzo with a variety of seafood. s, Mateo offers the largest variety of these drinks not only in Monemvasia but in the wider region, with more than 30 beer (Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, etc.) Also at Mateo's you will find very good tsipouro and you can watch all major sports events on his special widescreen TV. Το Café - Μεζεδοπωλείο Ματθαίος βρίσκεται στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της νέας πόλης της Μονεμβασιάς ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Είναι ανοικτό όλη τη μέρα και μπορείτε να απολαύσετε από το πρωινό ή τον καφέ σας, μέχρι το απογευματινό ουζάκι σας με ποικιλία θαλασσινών. Σερβίρονται πολλά μεζεδάκια θαλασσινών, απ' τα οποία ξεχωρίζουν το χταποδάκι και το καλαμάρι στα κάρβουνα κι ο γαύρος μαρινάτος, ενώ για τους λάτρεις του ούζου αλλά και της μπύρας, ο Ματθαίος διαθέτει τη μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία αυτών των ποτών όχι μόνο στη Μονεμβασιά αλλά και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή, με παραπάνω από 30 ετικέτες μπύρας (Βέλγιο, Γερμανία, Τσεχία, κ.α.) και 15 ετικέτες ούζου (Μυτιλήνης, Χίου, κ.α.). Επίσης, στον Ματθαίο θα βρείτε και πολύ καλό τσίπουρο. Στον Ματθαίο μπορείτε να παρακολουθήσετε όλα τα αθλητικά γεγονότα σε μεγάλη οθόνη. Διατίθεται δωρεάν WiFi.
