Με θέα τον καταπληκτικό ορίζοντα, την Δήλο και το λιμάνι της Μυκόνου, γεννήθηκε η ιδέα του γαστρονομικού ταξιδευτή COMPASS resto-bar. Εκεί όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας, το γεύμα σας, ένα απογευματινό cocktail η ένα υπέροχο Δείπνο. Δύο λάτρεις της ελληνικής κουζίνας, και του νησιού, ομοϊδεάτες με όραμα, συνέθεσαν ένα Μενού που μπορείτε να ταξιδέψετε γευστικά σε όλη την Ελλάδα, χωρίς καν να σηκωθείτε από την καρεκλά σας, φτιαγμένο με υγιεινά υλικά εποχής από την ελληνική γη και στα πρότυπα της μεσογειακής διατροφής, εμπεριέχοντας όλη την Ελλάδα στην πιο δημιουργική της μορφή. Αναζητώντας βιολογικές πρώτες ύλες και προϊόντα από Έλληνες παραγωγούς όπως : Ελαιόλαδο, Δημητριακά, Τυριά, Αρωματικά βότανα ,Όσπρια, Μέλι, Κρέατα.
Συμπληρώνοντας με μια εξαιρετική κάβα από κρασιά του Ελληνικού αμπελώνα από ιδιαίτερες ετικέτες κορυφώνουν αυτό το ταξίδι μυώντας σας στη διατροφική κουλτούρα της Ελλάδος.
Στόχος στο COMPASS είναι να γευτείτε πιάτα που θα σας απογειώσουν μέσα από την απλότητα τους. Λένε ότι η ομορφιά κρύβεται στην απλότητα Το Ίδιο πιστεύουμε και για την Γεύση.
