Greek cuisine has claimed its place at the very top of the global conversation—celebrated, refined, and redefined by those who carry it forward.
This summer, at Elais Restaurant in Santa Marina Mykonos, three chefs return home after proving themselves in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens. Rooted in Greece yet shaped by international experience, they bring a perspective where heritage meets ambition—and where Greek gastronomy stands confidently alongside the finest in the world.

A homecoming. A statement. A table worth traveling for.

And as the sun sets, the experience continues.
From June through August, Thursdays and Sundays unfold with Strings at Sundown—live violin, harp, and saxophone weaving through the evening, not as background, but as part of the story. A soundtrack that lingers long after the last glass is set down.
