This year marks a significant and emotional transition for us at Lorraine’s Restaurant.
After much thought, we’ve made the decision that for this season, the restaurant will be open exclusively for our suite guests and not to the public.
While we don’t know if this change will be forever, we know it is the right decision for us at this moment in time. Over the past year, we’ve been undergoing a major renovation, transforming what was once entirely our restaurant into beautiful new suites. We’re excited to share that they are now ready to welcome guests for the season ahead.
Lorraine’s began with a dream when we returned to Kefalonia years ago. Over time, it became more than just a restaurant, it became a place filled with memories, friendships, and moments that will stay with us forever.
Raising our family within this space has been one of life’s greatest blessings. From the kitchen to the dining room, every detail was built with love, care, and dedication. Watching it grow, and sharing it with all of you, has meant more than words can express.
As we reflect, our hearts are full of gratitude. For every guest who walked through our doors, for every kind word, and for every memory created together, you have truly become part of our family.
While this feels like the end of an era, it is also the beginning of something new. Change allows us to grow and evolve, and we are excited for what lies ahead.
You can still find us by the sea, at our snack bar, where our story first began, and where we look forward to continuing to welcome you.
And although the restaurant is changing, one thing never will, our love for food. Food, culture, family, and hospitality are at the heart of our lives, and we’ll continue sharing that journey with you all. From traditional recipes and local flavours to the everyday moments around the table, our passion for food will always be at the heart of everything we do.
