Nikos Pouliasis, a self-taught chef, created the legendary "Koukoumavlos" restaurant in 1990 in Santorini. His fame was soon spread everywhere through extensive articles and reports in many magazines and newspapers around the world. For the last six years he has been awarded the "Golden Hat" as one of the best restaurants in Greece. Nikos Pouliasis presents a work with distinguished personal characteristics that touches creatively all the kitchens of the world.
