Literally dreaming of this sandwich...looking at pictures of our Limousine Beef Steak Sandwich with locally sourced beef from our very close friend Μιχάλης Ζεμπιλλας reminds me there are only 2 weeks left to lent!! Note: Michael Zervos stop looking at pictures of meat perfection when craving meat during Orthodox Easter lent......oh well....there goes that plan. Coming soon to a Masouri Beach near you..Just follow the stairs from the taxi station all the way down until you hit the sand. Can't miss us!!! Στο Waves Beach Bar and Grill τα χορτοφαγικά πιάτα μας αποτελούν μεγάλο μέρος του μενού μας. Εδώ έχουμε ένα στοιβαγμένο σάντουιτς με ψητά κολοκυθάκια, μελιτζάνες, ψητές πιπεριές, μανιτάρια, παστα ελιάς, πέστο και κόκκινο λάχανο με ελαιόλαδο και ξύδι ανάμεσα στο σπιτικό μας ψωμί τσιαμπάτα. Μπορείτε να το έχετε με ή χωρίς μυζήθρα από το βαθύ. έχουμε επιλογές για όλους, ώστε όλοι να γιορτάσουμε τη ζωή μαζί με υπέροχο φαγητό! At Waves Beach Bar and Grill our vegetarian dishes are a large part of our menu. Here we have a stacked sandwich with grilled zuchinni, eggplant, roasted peppers, mushrooms, olive tapenade, pesto, and red cabbage topped with olive oil and vinegar in between our homemade ciabatta bread. You can have it with or without a local cheese called mitzithra from Vathi. we have choices for everyone so we can all celebrate life together with great food!

Have the most amazing handmade brioche french toast with green and red apples caramelized in brown sugar, Kalymnian Thyme Honey and plenty of cinnamon!! It's sure to impress kids and parents.
