We sadly inform that our beloved father and creator of Le Gourmet restaurant George Brokos has passed away. He was a true inspiration , a great chef and leader in his kitchen, he served good food with love and always wanted to make people happy. He created history through his cooking which will pass into next generations. He tought us the high values of respect for the customer and guests and honored tourism through his work. He will be forever in our hearts and will remain alive through his recipes and love for good quality food. His vision will continue despite his absence with love and respect in the kitchen of Le Gourmet. Farewell master chef George.
