Πίσω από κάθε ημέρα στο Aeolia Ithaca, κάθε τραπέζι που στρώνεται, κάθε καφέ που σερβίρεται, κάθε εκδήλωση και κάθε όμορφη στιγμή που μοιραζόμαστε, υπάρχουν άνθρωποι, συνεργασίες και εμπιστοσύνη.

Και καθώς μία ακόμη ξεχωριστή σεζόν προχωρά προς την ολοκλήρωσή της, θέλουμε να πούμε ένα μεγάλο και ειλικρινές ευχαριστώ σε όλους όσοι αποτελούν μέρος αυτής της διαδρομής.

Πρώτα απ’ όλα, στους ανθρώπους μας. Σε ολόκληρη την ομάδα του Aeolia Ithaca, που καθημερινά, μπροστά αλλά και πίσω από τη σκηνή, εργάζεται με συνέπεια, φροντίδα και αφοσίωση. Είστε η καρδιά του Aeolia Ithaca και ο λόγος που κάθε ιδέα μπορεί να γίνεται πραγματικότητα.

Ευχαριστούμε τον καθένα σας ξεχωριστά που μας επέλεξε. Εσάς που μας επισκεφθήκατε για πρώτη φορά, αλλά και εσάς που επιστρέφετε ξανά και ξανά. Για τους καφέδες, τα πρωινά, τα γεύματα, τις βραδιές, τις γιορτές, τις συζητήσεις, τα γέλια και όλες εκείνες τις στιγμές που έδωσαν ζωή στο Aeolia Ithaca.

Και φυσικά, όλους τους προμηθευτές, παραγωγούς, επαγγελματίες και συνεργάτες μας, που με τον δικό τους τρόπο συμβάλλουν καθημερινά στην ποιότητα και στη λειτουργία του Aeolia Ithaca. Πολλά από όσα κάνουν μπορεί να μη φαίνονται στον επισκέπτη, όμως για εμάς κάνουν τη διαφορά.

Γιατί κανένας χώρος δεν δημιουργείται από έναν άνθρωπο και καμία επιχείρηση δεν εξελίσσεται μόνη της.

As the island moves into the quieter days of September, Aeolia Ithaca continues to welcome you for relaxed mornings, long lunches, coffee with a view and beautiful evenings together.

From Monday, 14 September 2026, our daily opening hours will be:

🕙 Open daily from 10:00
🍽️ Last orders at 21:00

Whether you are joining us for coffee, brunch, a leisurely meal or drinks as the day turns into evening, there is still plenty of September to enjoy at Aeolia.
