We borrowed Φ, the ancient Greek idea of the Golden Ratio, from geometry, mathematics and architecture, and tried to bring its beauty and harmony to the most celebrated Greek food products. For us, finding the golden ratio between quality and price, between the ancient and the modern is a process of love, and we try to improve every day.
