Parasties Artisanal Cretan Cuisine

Η παραστιά ή παρασιά σύμφωνα με την κρητική διάλεκτο, υπήρξε για πάρα πολλά χρόνια ο παραδοσιακός τρόπος μαγειρέματος στην Κρήτη. Φτιαγμένη από δύο παράλληλες ορθογώνιες πέτρες μεταξύ των οποίων έστηναν την φωτιά και ακουμπούσαν το σκεύος για μαγείρεμα. Έτσι επιλέχτηκε και το όνομα του εστιατορίου, στο οποίο δεσπόζει, ως σήμα κατατεθέν, η ανοιχτή κουζίνα.

από τα πιο δημοφιλή γαστρονομικά στέκια των Ηρακλειωτών, και όχι μόνο, από το 2000.
