Our incredible host in Santorini, George Katsipis, guided us through the island’s history with so much passion and authenticity. The journey led us to his family restaurant Katsaboo, where we enjoyed an unforgettable Farm to Table experience. Having George at our table, sharing beautiful stories about his family roots and local traditions, made the evening even more special.

On Easter Sunday in Katsaboo, George Katsipis respectfully carried forward his family’s legacy. Once again, he opened his home to welcome guests with heartfelt Greek hospitality, warmth, and care.

Using pure, locally sourced ingredients from their own farm, each dish reflected simplicity and authenticity, offering a taste that lingers in memory.

Τα χρόνια περνούν, όμως η μνήμη παραμένει ζωντανή μέσα από ανθρώπους αγνούς και αληθινούς, που τιμούν τις ρίζες τους και κρατούν τις παραδόσεις ζωντανές, μεταφέροντάς τες από γενιά σε γενιά.

Την Κυριακή του Πάσχα στην Κατσαμπού, ο Γιώργος Κατσίπης συνέχισε με σεβασμό την οικογενειακή του παράδοση. Για ακόμη μια χρονιά άνοιξε το σπίτι του, υποδεχόμενος τους επισκέπτες με αυθεντική ελληνική φιλοξενία, ζεστασιά και φροντίδα.

Με αγνά, τοπικά υλικά από τη δική τους φάρμα, κάθε πιάτο αποτύπωνε την απλότητα και την αυθεντικότητα της ελληνικής γεύσης, χαρίζοντας μια εμπειρία που μένει αξέχαστη.
