🎶 Friends of HTC – Meet Jules Stoyiannos🎶
Many people know Julie from our Folk Nights, but her connection with Holy Trinity goes back much further. She first joined Holy Trinity Sunday School at the age of three and was already singing solo hymns at that age, while her mother, Thelma, led the church choir.
Julie inherited her love of music and performing from her late father, Spiros, a talented musician who sadly passed away in 2021. ❤️
After spending seven years in the UK studying Theatre Arts, with a special focus on set construction and events management, Julie returned to Corfu, where she has successfully run three businesses of her own. Over the years, she has organised countless events across the island, entertaining both locals and visitors through music, dance and a wide variety of shows.
Having travelled and lived abroad, Julie's roots remain firmly on Corfu – the place where she grew up. She has come to value the welcoming community of Holy Trinity Church: a place where people can simply walk in, enjoy activities and music, and connect with other beautiful souls. For Julie, it feels like an extended family. 🤍
Today, she continues to bring people together through her international community page, Meet & Mingle, where charity also plays an important role.
Community, spirituality and creativity are Julie's passions in life – alongside her great love and loyalty to her family, friends, and, of course, her beloved dog Jango. 🐾
