Every morning, our wood-fired oven comes to life, just as it has for generations.

This is where the magic begins. Slowly cooked traditional recipes, prepared the way they were meant to be, with patience, passion, and the unmistakable flavor only a real wood-fired oven can create.

What could be more authentic than that?

And of course, our chef, Stella, deserved a moment of her own. After sharing the beautiful everyday moments of our whole team, it was only right to shine the spotlight on the person who brings so many of our traditional dishes to life. Her passion, dedication, and love for cooking are part of every plate we serve.

This is tradition. This is family. This is Thalassa.

Dear friends and guests, we would like to inform you that our opening for this season has been slightly delayed due to severe winter weather conditions, which caused significant damage to the roof of our dining area, making it necessary to rebuild it completely from the ground up so we can once again offer you a safe, beautiful, and welcoming space. We are now in the final stages and almost ready to open our doors again. We sincerely thank you for your patience and support, and we truly cannot wait to welcome you all back in person and share many beautiful moments together ❤️
